Kal Group met the company's objectives of creating an easy and functional shopping experience that customers will enjoy and come back to.

Within the 1st Stage of the sties build, we streamlined Selkins internal ordering/management system and links directly into their accounting package, improving staff productivity and order turnaround.

2nd Stage was the creation and integration of our bespoke telesales Customer Service Desk, the online solution allows Selkin to outsource telesales staff anywhere in the world, but feed sales directly into they online ordering system seamlessly.

To date the redevelopment of the Selkin website has helped double their online sales.

Both our online and offline marketing solutions have played a significant role in Selkin's brand development which initiated a successful relationship that is still developing today.
